Suspension of Services

Your VOZ services may be suspended for the following reasons:
- Lack of Payment
- Returned Payment
- Violation of the VOZ Terms and Conditions and all other usage Policies, including Spamming and Acceptable Usage Policy
- Fraud Alert

In the event of suspension for payment or violation of policies, you will be subject to a reconnection fee of $10.00 plus full payment. In the event of Fraud on the account, the reconnection fee may be waived if the customer is found not to be liable for any fraud.
