VOZ may offer Risk Free Trial Guarantees. The terms of these Trials may vary - please refer to your specific sales promotion materials. All Trials apply only to your first account. You will not qualify for a Trial if you cancel your service and resubscribe. Under the terms of the trial, VOZ may refund some or all of the charges, excluding any taxes, if the following terms are followed. You must (1) cancel the service within the specified number of days in the Trial Period after Activation Date; and (2) return the VOZ telephone adapter undamaged, in original condition and will all original packaging & materials, within seven days of Service cancellation. You will not receive a refund for any international calls, directory assistance, or any other additional service fees. You are responsible for all costs associated with the return of the Adapter to VOZ, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the promotional offer that applied to your enrollment.
