How do I transfer my phone number to VOZ?

To transfer, or "port", your phone number to VOZ, you need to:
- Fill out VOZ's Local Number Portability Form - please follow the instructions on the form.
- Attach a copy of your latest phone bill for that phone number
- Fax to 787-723-1100 or email a PDF or JPG copy to: LNP@vozpr.com

There is a $5.00 One-Time Porting Fee for each number ported
