Music On Hold
Now you can have your own professional on-hold music! Whenever you place a call on hold, the party on hold will listen to your selected music – either one of VOZ’s default music clips or you can upload your own music file via VOZ’s web interface! Update or change your music at any time.
To configure your music on hold:
1. Login to your VOZ Account in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
2. Click on Customer Info
3. Click on the Call Features tab
4. To change your music on hold, press the drop-down list and choose:
- NONE to have no music on hold
- a preloaded song, or
- Upload new music to upload your own song.
If you select Upload new music, press Browse to find the music file on your PC. Once
you have selected the file, enter a name for the music in the Music Name field.
Music on hold changes will take effect in approximately 10 minutes.
VOZ supports the following audio file formats:
.aiff, .au, .gsm, .mp3, .ogg, .wav
