Local Number Portability
Keep your existing phone number!
With VOZ's Local Number Portability service, you can transfer any existing
Puerto Rico wireline phone number to your VOZ account. (Sorry, cellular phone numbers cannot be transferred to VOZ.)
There is a one-time porting fee of $5.00 per phone number. Porting can take up to 10 business days from the time VOZ receives your completed
forms. Once the transfer is completed, your originally-assigned VOZ phone number will be replaced with your ported phone number.
To request Local Number Portability, please complete the VOZ Local Number Portability Form and return it to VOZ with
a copy of your phone bill for that phone number. Please fax the forms to 787-723-1100 or email in PDF or JPG format to: lnp@vozpr.com.
