8. My Internet is down - does VOZ still work?

No. You must have Internet in order to use your VOZ phone service. You do have the option to configure your VOZ service with Follow Me so that you can forward your VOZ calls to your cell phone or other phone number in the event of an outage - Internet, power, etc.
