h. What are the disadvantages to VoIP?

The disadvantages of VoIP are few, but you should consider them when switching to a VoIP provider, such as VOZ:
- VoIP services will not work unless you have electricity and Internet. If there is a power outage, or your Internet is down, you won't be able to use the service.
- VOZ will base your 911 calls on the location which you registered online. If you move your adapter and forget to notify us, your 911 service may not function correctly.
