c. What kind of equipment do I need?

In order to use VOZ service, you will need the following:

1. A broadband (high speed Internet) connection. VOZ allows you to use your local provider. If you don't have an Internet connection, contact sales@vozpr.com and we'd be happy to refer you to a VOZ Internet partner.

2. An Ethernet hub or an Ethernet port to connect your telephone to the Internet.

3. A Puerto Rico shipping address.

4. A VOZ Phone Adapter. You will select from several phone adapters that VOZ offers at signup, and the equipment will be shipped directly to you via US Mail. You may also pickup the equipment in our offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

5. Any touch-tone phone - corded or cordless. You will connect this phone to your VOZ Phone Adapter.*
