b. How does VOZ work?

VOZ uses VoIP technology to provide telephone services. So, in order to use VOZ's services, you must have a high-speed or Broadband Internet connection. This could be via cable modem, DSL, Fractional T1, T1, DS3, or a wireless high-speed connection.

As a VOZ customer, you'll need to have a phone capable of VoIP. VOZ will either provide you with a VoIP telephone, a ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) box to use with your existing telephone, or a softphone - you pick which option is best for you.
