How do I setup an Enhanced Telephony Network?
VOZ will work with you to select the "pieces" that your business needs. Select the basic System Features you need, add the Dialtone Plans for each user, and then customize your system with Add On Features.

Dialtone Plans:
Standard Telephony Plan (STP) - Unlimited inbound calls. Outbound calling to Puerto Rico, the US and Canada for only 2.5¢ per minute. Includes voicemail, a unique direct inbound dial (DID) phone number, auto-attendant routing and VOZ's standard IP phone.

Basic Telephony Plan (BTP) - A great option for extensions with occasional usage, or primarily function for internal communications. This plan must be used with the Virtual PBX Feature activated. This meters account is billed at a rate of 2.5¢ to anywhere in Puerto Rico, the US and Cananda. Included unlimited On-Net calls with any VOZ subscriber, voicemail, auto-attendant routing and VOZ's standard IP phone.

Virtual PBX Features (VPF)
Create a unified Centrex/PBX phone system and unit your dialtone plans. You can assign each Dialtone plan an extension number, park calls and transfer between extensions.

Hunting Feature (HF)
Don't let your main phone number be busy again. Hunting allows you to ring unlimited VOZ lines when the main phone numbervis busy. The hunt can be configured in a random order, as a simultaneous ring, or in a pre-defined order. This can also be setup on a fixed schedule - so you can hunt one way during the week, and another way on weekends & holidays. Hunting is not user configurable and does not work with call waiting.

Primary Number Distribution (PND)
Setup your main company phone number with an auto-attendant feature, and allow for a caller to enter an extension number to speak with a person. Can have multiple levels within the menu tree - i.e. "Press 1 for Sales", which then responds with "Press 1 for Corporate Sales, 2 for Residential Sales". This system is completely user configurable online.

Virtual Number
A great way to create local presence in remote markets by choosing a number with a stateside area code. International numbers are also available!

Toll Free Number
Accept toll free calls to your Dialtone plan from anyone in the US, Puerto Rico and Cananda.

Virtual Voice & Fax Mailbox
A flexible extension for gathering voicemail messages, faxes or to setup special autoattendant options. You can create the appearance of multiple business units, as well as distribute voice information to callers - i.e. hours of operation, directions to your facilities, etc.

Paging System
Add a ceiling mounted pager to your phone system, to distribute company or location-wide information immediately. Send a page from any VOZ extension.

Virtual Extension
Add non-VOZ numbers to your vPBX with Virtual Extensions. All calls to the extension are forwarded to a remote phone number. This extension is not associated with a physical phone.
