Equipment Rebate Offer
VOZ may offer an Equipment Rebate towards VOZ Telephone Adapters purchased directly from VOZ. The rebate will be applied immediately at the time of service activation. If, however, you cancel your VOZ services within 12 months of service activation, your rebate will be reversed and you will be responsible for the full cost of your VOZ Telephone Adapter.
