Equipment Warranty

Equipment warranties vary by product and equipment. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty that accompanied your VOZ equipment and also refer to your service contract. Some enterprise services include VOZ-owned hardware, and in those cases VOZ will replace the hardware in accordance with the customer's Master Service Agreement.
