Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your VOZ service or any line within your account, please contact support@vozpr.com , dial 611 from your VOZ phone, or call 787-723-1100 Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm Puerto Rico time.

There is a disconnect fee of $39.99 to each line that is cancelled within two years of activation. There may be other fees associated with any offers you may have received, such as equipment rebates.
