Call Transfer

Transfer any call to another telephone number with VOZ’s Call Transfer service. Setting up a call transfer is easy:

1. With the first caller on the line, press press the Flash Button or Switch Hook on your phone and dial the second party.
2. After the second party is connected, press the Flash Button or Switch Hook again to connect the two parties.
3. Hand up. Those two calls will remain connected.

There is no additional fee for call transfers, except the normal outgoing call fees for each individual call based on your calling plan. As described above, Call Transfer is comprised of 2 separate calls; the initial call, and the second call which eventually connects with the first caller once you hang up. NOTE: You will be responsible for any Long Distance charges associated with your calling plan on the first call (if you dialed) and the second call. Once these two calls are connected, you may incur charges for two simultaneous Long Distance calls. You will be charged for the duration of the call of the parties, even if you are not a party of the call.
