Call Forwarding
Never miss a call again because you’re not at home! With VOZ’s Call Forwarding, you can configure your phone to forward your calls to up to 6 other telephone numbers. And, you can specify to forward the call immediately, if the phone is busy, or after as many rings as you specify.
Simple call forwarding to a single phone number can be done via the VOZ web interface, or directly from your VOZ phone. Advanced call forwarding – including scheduled forwards, forward on busy or after a fixed number of rings – can be done only through the VOZ web interface.
To activate simple call forwarding from your VOZ phone: Dial *72, enter the 10-digit phone number to which all calls will be forwarded, and press the # key.
To deactivate simple call forwarding from your VOZ phone: Dial *73 and hangup.
NOTE: Forwarded calls are treated as outgoing calls, and calls forwarded to telephone numbers not covered in your calling plan may be subject to additional per minute fees.
