5. I want to change my rate. When will the change go into effect? Are there any other fees?

In the event of an upgrade, your new rate will go into effect immediately.

In the event of a downgrade, your new rate will go into effect for the next billing period. Depending on the service plan that you downgraded from and any special offers that you received at signup, there may be fees associated with the downgrade.
