How is VOZ 911 different from a regular landline 911 service?

Traditional landline telephones route a 911 call to the nearest PSAP based on the physical address of the phone. Since VoIP allows you to move your phone, VOZ911 requires that you provide us with your physical address, so we can provide this information to 911 in the event of an emergency. VOZ911 services may not function in the event of a power or Internet outage.
